Position Title: On-Call Residential Advocate
Pay Scale: $9.50/hr Base Starting Wage
Positions Available: Belmont, NY
Summary: ACCORD Corporation is seeking an On-Call Residential Advocate. This position delivers strength based residential services to victims of domestic violence using Family Development methodology by providing transportation, intake, child care, support, safety planning, discharge planning and by making referrals to appropriate agencies, scheduling appointments, food box and meal preparation.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess an Associate degree in Human Services, Applied Science or related field. Current drivers license with a safe driving record. Two years of experience working with families in crisis, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Hours: On-call

Position Title: Early Head Start Classroom Teacher
Pay Scale: $9.50/hr
Positions Available: Friendship Early Head Start Center
Summary: Classroom teachers deliver comprehensive educational services by planning and implementing classroom activities, maintaining a safe learning environment, and supporting the social and emotional development of children and families.
Qualifications: Minimum educational requirements include an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or a degree in a related field with 6 college courses in Early Childhood Education or a Child Development Associates Credential.
Work Hours: The Classroom Teacher is a 12 month, non-exempt position and general work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. The position includes extensive training opportunities and the potential for advancement.
