Teen Helpline is designed to provide the information and resources related to teen topics in a way that young people would find accessible. The site incorporates online chat as a means of contacting 2-1-1 Helpline to discuss information found on the site or as an opportunity to find additional resources. The site offers specific pages for college options, smoking cessation and substance abuse. A parent page is also available for parents of teens or teen parents. Teen Helpline was developed by IHS in collaboration with Steuben Rural Health Network, Steuben Department of Mental Health, Steuben Pregnancy Prevention Task Force, and Steuben Council on Addictions.
