Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Services (APPS)

Choices for Youth

Funded by New York State Department of Health, the Choices for YOuth program serves youth ages 10 to 21 who are pregnant, parenting or at risk of becoming pregnant. Program goals include:

  • Pregnancy prevention
  • Self-sufficiency
  • Healthy pregnancy
  • Community awareness
