What is TASA?
TASA is a free, confidential and voluntary program for both males and females ages 10 to 21 who live in Allegany and Cattaraugus counties. Our purpose is to work with youth to help them build on their own strengths, set reachable goals, and strengthen their family lives.

We can help you make positive and informed decisions to secure a strong foundation for a brighter future.

Our Case Managers Will...
Encourage, support, and celebrate your achievements!

  • Respect you and the decisions you make
  • Meet you 1 to 4 times per month at home, in school, in our office, or any other location that may be appropriate
  • Assist with planning and achieving your goals
  • Give you emotional support
  • Give you help and information on life skills, such as...
    • Self-esteem, anger management
    • Obtaining a permit or driver's license
    • Money management skills
    • Time management skills
    • Pregnancy, parenting, STDs, and contraception

Help you make contact with other needed services and advocate on your behalf so that you can get help in the following areas...

  • Counseling
  • Educational programs
  • Safe and affordable housing
  • Domestic violence victim services
  • Medial health services
  • Employment services
  • And many others
