Business Planning Education
The Business and Community Development Services Division is a certified Entrepreneurial Assistance Program (EAP) Center and offers a State University of New York (SUNY) approved business development curriculum, which includes business development and management assistance for all stages of business ownership from the feasibility study through start-up and expansion.
Community-wide seminars are offered to learn the key components of business development. Topics addressed at these seminars include:

The Entrepreneurial Assistance Program serves Allegany, Cattaraugus, Steuben, and Wyoming Counties. The Allegany Business Center is located at the Crossroads Commerce Center in Belmont, NY.
