Genesee Valley Improvement Corporation
The Genesee Valley Improvement Corporation (GVIC), the title-holding affiliate of ACCORD Corporation, provides decent, safe, and affordable rental units to low-income, elderly, and handicapped individuals and families at various locations throughout Allegany County.
GVIC also provides service and program delivery space to ACCORD and other service delivery agencies, as well as retail establishments. Many programs administered by ACCORD occupy space maintained by GVIC, thus improving service delivery to clients throughout Allegany County.
