Home Improvement Grants

To receive any grant funding for home repairs, all applicants must occupy the home with the deed in their name, carry homeowner's insurance, and have the property taxes in their name - paid and current. Land Contracts are NOT accepted.
Grant recipients will be required to sign a Note and Mortgage that states that you must maintain the improved housing unit as your principal place of residence for two (2) to five (5) years following the completion of the project. Failure to do so will result in the recipient having to repay the entire grant.
