Homebuyer Education Workshops
A series of workshops that assist you with budgeting, credit, shopping for a home, buying a home, the loan application process, and home and financial maintenance.

Pre-Purchase Counseling
ACCORD provides one-on-one counseling for various needs including budgeting and credit counseling.

Foreclosure Prevention
ACCORD provides one-on-one counseling to prevent foreclosure on your home. Services include budgeting, mediation with your mortgage company, and referrals to local programs and services.
