ACCORD Corporation offers domestic violence victims and their children safe and secure shelter in a comfortable environment. The shelter, designed to meet your needs, is equipped with food, clothing and personal items. The shelter provides optimum safety for victims who do not have a safe place to stay. Most importantly, handicap accessible, multi-family shelter offers a state-of-the-art security system. In addition, ACCORD Corporation staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to offer support and assistance. While residing in the shelter, trained advocates are available to assist you with legal remedies, support, safe housing options, employment and training options, advocacy, child care, transportation, referrals, and case management services, as well as clothing, home furnishings, and a supply of emergency food upon exiting the shelter.

The shelter includes a private, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of food to provide for your nutritional needs during your stay. The kitchen is never locked, allowing you and your children to eat on your usual schedule.

Transportation to the shelter for families in danger can be arranged. Transportation during shelter stay is available for those who do not have their own vehicle.
