What is a Community Needs Assessment?

As a Community Action Agency, ACCORD is federally required to conduct a Community Needs Assessments every three years. The assessment then guides our work to implement programs that help our most vulnerable residents out of poverty.

*Partner Survey-9 question survey completed collaborative partners who engage with the agency with referrals, formal legal agreements, MOUs, shared resources, etc.
