Our Supportive Services program offers essential assistance, resources, and referrals to help individuals and families meet their basic needs and overcome challenges. Through our ACCESS Center, we provide food, clothing, personal care items, and connections to vital services, and transportation assistance in the form of bus tokens or gas cards. These services significantly support individuals and families facing economic hardships and other difficulties.

The ACCESS Center operates from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a brief closure for lunch from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM.

If you leave a message, please allow 24 hours for a response. Your well-being is our priority, and we are here to offer our support and assistance.

If you choose the ACCESS Center as your pick up location your pick up day is always the first Friday of the month. You can pick up anytime between 9am and 3pm.If you can not make it please call to schedule a pick up appointment for another time by calling 585-268-7605 Extension 1001.
